New Aliens On The Block

During the eighties Earth fought a hard battle against an invading alien species. They ran away when were forced to listen to boy bands' songs that were playing around at that time. Now Earth is beign invaded again! And it's your job to defend your city against them. Citizens have already escaped to subterranean shelters, but you must protect their homes for as long as you can!

This is a homage to the classic Atari 2600 game: Missile Command. 

New Aliens on the Block is a casual single player shooter game for everyone.

You control a cannon placed at the center of your city block, with limited ammo to fight against waves of enemy projectiles coming from the sky. You must destroy the projectiles before they reach the buildings. If you loose your cannon or all 6 buildings, the game is over. 

Your cannon can withstand minor damage, and takes some time to auto-repair, during that time your targeting speed will be reduced. The buildings, on the other hand, cannot withstand any damage. 

You gain points by destroying enemy projectiles and spaceships and extra points if you hit more than one enemy with a single shot! keep amassing those points and you'll earn bonus rebuilds that will replace lost buildings at the beggining of the next wave. Reach a certain wave and you'll start to earn twice as many points! how far will you go?
